2. Establish quality management practices that meet Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare standards (GQP) .
3. After-sales safety management methods for cosmetics production, sales and related products to ensure compliance with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Standards (GVP) .
4.Work across departments to resolve quality issues.
5. Other laws and regulations of the production and marketing supervisor should be the response to the matter.
1. Required qualifications: college pharmacy or chemistry major, with [3 years ] above pharmaceutical, health products, cosmetics quality management or post-marketing safety management experience.

2.厚生労働省が定める基準（GQP）を満たす品質管理手法を確立する。
3.化粧品の製造販売等に係る製品の市販後安全管理の方法については、厚生労働省の定める基準(GVP)に適合していることを確保する。
4.部門を横断して品質問題を解決することに努める。
5.他の法規に定められた製造販売責任者が対応すべき事項の対応。
1.必須資格：大学において薬学又は化学を専攻し、医薬品、医薬部外品、化粧品の品質管理業務又は発売後の安全管理に関する業務を【3年】以上従事した経験を有すること。
2.品質管理及び発売後の安全管理に関連する法令と業務に精通し、公正且つ合理的に職務を遂行できる方。公正かつ合理的に業務を遂行する必要性が認めるときは、製造販売業者に対し、対面で意見を述べられる方。
3.フルタイム勤務できる方。
4.日本語(必須)、英語または中国語 (どちらか一方)
5.責任感、チームワーク、コミュニケーション能力。
1. 中国向けの製品開発の経験があり、中国も法規も知っている
2. 修士か修士以上の学歴で、関連エリアの学歴をを持っている。
3. 外部環境（業界変化等）、内部変化（戦略や組織変化）に柔軟に対応可能な方
